100proofnews.com is a reseller of highwinds-media.com which means that highwinds is responsible for the fighting of spam coming via 100proofnews.
Late October, after getting some information (and I believe help) from the people at news.admin.net-abuse.policy (a special thanks to Andrew from Supernews) I received some encouraging replies from Brad Beard at highwinds. And since then it is obvious that the spammer is having a harder time than before.
